Stress J by Nature's Sunshine is a liquid extract of herbs chosen for their stress relieving properties, suspended in a natural vegetable glycerin base.

This product helps support digestion and may offer relief from the effects of occasional stress. The herbs included in this formula are naturally calming and include chamomile, passion flower, hops, fennel seeds, marshmallow root and feverfew leaves.

Chamomile is one of the most popular herbs found anywhere. It is commonly made into a soothing tea and is widely used in Europe as a stress reliever. Passion flower is another herb used for calming the nervous system. It is native to North America and is found in many stress relieving herbal blends.

Hops are also used for their calming properties. Marshmallow and feverfew also help support a healthy nervous system. Marshmallow contains a high mucilage content which may also soothe the internal tissues of the body.

Because the herbs in this formula are in liquid form, they are more rapidly and easily assimilated. This liquid formula is also ideal for those who cannot swallow capsules.

Instructions: Adults: Take approximately 15 to 30 drops (1-2 ml) in water every four hours. Children: Take approximately 10 to 20 drops (0.5 to 1 ml) in water every four hours.
