IN-X Information and Usage

IN-X by Nature's Sunshine products provides support to the immune system in addition to the eliminative processes. This formula is a proprietary blend of althea root, bugleweed, echinacea, black walnut hulls, golden seal root, plaintain leaves and parthenium root. These ingredients have been carefully chosen and blended together to encourage immune system health and assist the elimination of waste from the body.

Althea root is most commonly called marshmallow and contains a high level of mucilage. Mucilage is important to the mucous membranes as it is a substance which turns into a slippery gel when combined with water in the body. Black walnut hulls are used by herbalists for internal cleansing, while bugleweed helps strengthen the always important respiratory system. Golden seal root is a multipurpose herb which is used for many different purposes, including as a strengthener for the immune system and an overall tonic for the body.

Parthenium root is often combined with golden seal and bears a resemblance in many ways to echinacea. Like echinacea, parthenium root is prized for its immune boosting properties. Plaintain leaves work to support healthy internal tissues and provide support.
