Blood Build is a Chinese herbal formula by Nature's Sunshine created to provide nutritional support to the blood, glands, liver and circulatory system.

This formula contains 18 herbs used in Chinese herbal healing. In Chinese, this formula is called "bu xue" which is translated to mean "to nuture the blood." The herbs chosen for this formula work to strengthen a weakness of wood which is an essential element of Chinese medicine.

The herbs in this blend may also promote better blood purity and quality and a stronger immune system. There are 18 different herbs chosen for this formula with the most active being peony, dang gui and ganoderma. Other ingredients you may be more familiar with include lycium fruit, Panax ginseng and astralagus root.

Both Panax ginseng and astralagus are adaptogens, which help support and protect the body against the effects of environmental and biological stressors. A Chinese herbal healer may use a product like Blood Build to address issues such as PMS, poor skin quality, poor circulation, low energy and fatigue.
