Co-Q10 Plus by Nature's Sunshine Products is a formula which contains coenzyme Q10. Enzymes are able to cause chemical changes to occur in other substances while remaining unchanged. They consist of two main portions, protein and what is called a cofactor made of vitamins or minerals. This formula contains not only coenzyme Q10, but also magnesium, zinc, copper and iron.

These minerals have been chelated organically to leucine, histidine and glycine which are amino acids. Chelation allows for more efficient absorption by the body. The minerals in this product are combined with hawthorn berries and capsicum fruit.
