Nature's Immune Stimulator Information and Usage

Nature's Immune Stimulator is a product by Nature's Sunshine designed to strengthen and support the immune system. This product works in several ways. It stimulates the natural protective defenses of the body which work to destroy bacteria, viruses, parasites, mold and allergens which may cause illness. This product also increases proteins in the intestines called innunoglobulins which work to combat these invaders. In addition, this product contains antioxidants and promotes DNA repair.

The ingredients in this formula include beta glucans, arabinogalactan, colostrum, cordyceps, reishi mushroom and maitake mushroom. Beta glucans are polysaccharides that work to support and stimulate the immune system of the body. They increase macrophages, cytokines and natural cells that work to kill dangerous invaders. Another ingredient, arabinogalactan, works to stimulate these killer cells and T-cells also. In addition, it works to encourage friendly flora in the intestines.

Colostrum is produced by mammals directly before lactation. It is produced prior to breastmilk and contains immunity enhancing properties to support the newborn. It also works to protect the friendly bacteria in the intestines which work to defend the body against harful invaders. Reishi and maitake mushroom contain polysaccharides which also boost the body's immune system and killer cells. Cordyceps increases the production of T-cells and B-cells, which are also very important to the immune system.
