When they enter the body through the mouth or nose, the body goes into cleansing mode which activates the immune system. Therefore, it is important to choose a product like ALJ that is made to support both the respiratory system and the immune system.

ALJ Liquid provides the body with essential nutrients such as calcium, manganese, magnesium, potassium, selenium and more. The ingredients are as follows: Boneset herb, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, horseradish root and mullein leaves. These ingredients are added to an easily absorbed glycerin base. Each ingredient has its own benefits and properties.

For example, boneset herb is a perennial shrub used to strengthen the immune system and detoxify the body. Fennel seeds support both the digestive and the respiratory systems. Fenugreek seeds are rich in mucilage and provide nutrients like iron, silicon, sodium and thiamine. Horseradish root helps clear mucus, soothes the tissues and even helps the digestion.
